It's getting warm outside again! At least where I am.
I haven't edited much lately; I had several projects going on at school, and pulled an all-nighter Thusday to Friday...but yea, I'm semi-recovered now haha. I checked out Prince of Stories: The Many Worlds of Neil Gaiman by Hank Wagner, Christopher Golden, and Stephen R. Bissette from the library. I'll be updating some pages with information from this book.
It's an interesting read, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...unless you are a diehard Gaiman fan XP. It reads like a reference book and doesn't give as deep of an analysis on Gaiman's work as I would like. It just gives summaries. But hey, information is always welcome.
So yep. Current work: creating even more character pages, and th…Read more >
Added the Collections group, and uploaded pictures for all of them as well. I'm somewhat conflicted about the pictures, because all I could find free on the internet were the covers of Part Ones.
On Wikipedia, they had the covers of the paperback complete novel of each collection, but I didn't want to use those because 1) I didn't want to copy Wikipedia and 2) they aren't as large and beautiful as the other ones. Are the covers of the Part Ones truly representative of the collections? Idk...
But anyways, I absolutely ADORE Dave McKean's artwork. It really is beautiful. That is why I uploaded huge pictures, so you can click on them and examine them in detail. AwesomeRead more >
Today was a busy day. After finishing my homework (yes I am still in school), I decided to upload some pictures. Well, then I found out that the format for pictures that can go in a slideshow must be 673x410, so I used paint to reformat all the pictures I found.
I also made a few changes to the Home page and uploaded the slideshow. At first, it was a really lame 4 picture show...a couple of pictures of Morpheus and one of Neil Gaiman. Then I realized...it wasn't attractive at all. It wouldn't suck people in and make them want to join this wiki. Hopefully the new 4 picture show is better.
Well, it's getting late! I'll see you guys later.

It’s interesting how Neil Gaiman began the Sandman series before I was born, yet I still identify with it today. Me, a young woman in college who had never had any interest in comic books. Yet when I picked up Preludes and Nocturnes during Spring Break, I could not put it down.
The complexity of the plot intrigued me. The ties and relationships between characters touched me. And the deep character of Morpheus captivated me.
This week, I found this Wiki in a sad and neglected state. I invite you to join me in making it a treasure trove of Sandman lore. I plan on having new additions every week, and will post regular updates using this blog.
Originally, this Wiki had only 7 pages: Dream, Titania, Bast, Loki, the Endless, Current Events, and Sandbox. This…Read more >
